The Development Manager is a strategic, relationship-focused fundraising professional who drives sustainable growth for Girls on the Run Worcester County. This role leads individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, campaigns, and special events while cultivating meaningful donor and community relationships. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Development Manager strengthens fundraising systems and builds the resources needed to advance our mission and expand our impact.
